April, 2010 – Emiliem acquires non-exclusive license and co-marketing agreement from Jivan Biologics relating to RNA characterization and expression analysis, including alternative splice variants from microarray and RNA sequencing data. The agreement gives Emiliem the rights for internal research and to market, sell, and otherwise commercialize services and products.
